I had some mold show up in an infrequently used utility closet. PuroClean was able to send someone the day I called for an inspection. After I got the cracked pipe that caused the issue fixed, they came back out to finish the job, cutting out drywall, treating the area with an antifungal agent, and leaving some blowers in the room over the weekend. Overall, they have done a good job, we're prompt, courteous, and helpful throughout the process, and the service was reasonably priced. Would recommend. Just so you're aware, their inspections aren't initially free of charge, BUT if you do choose to have PuroClean back out for the repair, the cost of the inspection will be put towards the final bill so it may as well be.

Update: I just want to reiterate how awesome this company is and the people who work there. They really care about their clients. This time Jason came out for an inspection and I cannot recommend him enough. I was so stressed out and he told me it was going to be ok. Sometimes that’s what you need to hear in a stressful situation. Really and truly this is the only company I trust with my house. Anytime I’ve ever needed help as a new homeowner they’ve been there. From the wonderful people at the office to the people who work in your house, they know what they’re doing and they know who to call if they need a different expert. That’s honest and it’s helpful. I was very disappointed with my experience with PuroClean. I contacted the company with a basement leak, and an estimate was provided. The work was completed around a flowerbed outside, but this did not fix the leak in my basement. I have recently had to dig up the area to try to solve the problem, and after digging up mulch I realized that only a small portion of the flowerbed was covered with a tarp. I have had an issue for several months, and I have had PuroClean out multiple times. I was denied a refund, and I have been very frustrated by the process. I paid a lot of money, and I’m now having to redo everything that was completed to get my basement leak fixed. This is what $1,422 looks like. I was told over email recently that all they could do was try this to see if it worked. I was then blocked from emailing them back.
